DOA Policy

Live Stock Shipping Method and Charges

~ $45-$55 Overnight (FED EX) (UPS)
~ No Extra Box Charge
~ Can add additional coral purchases to a box
(can hold your purchases for up to 1 week)
~ cardboard box with foam insulation
~ heat or cold pack depending on weather condition
~ we ship out every other day (2 day process period)
~ customer can request next shipping day if personnel is available for packaging and shipping transport

DOA Policy
We understand every circumstance is different and will take extra time to look into a DOA

~In the rare event of a DOA (dead on arrival), we must be contacted via email (bluetideacrylics@gmail.com)
within 1 hour of a FIRST ATTEMPT delivery.

~We insist that a clear picture of the DOA be sent with the aforementioned email. (no clear picture, no credit)

~Please keep in mind that shipping can stress corals. they may appear lighter or darker at times and may take a few days or up to a few weeks to color back up.

~We are not responsible for shipping delays or mishandling by FedEx/UPS or USPS.

~DOA's will be issued a Store credit for the full selling price of the item, but not the cost of shipping.
